African Union Leaders Heading to Libya

A group of African Union leaders, including South African President Jacob Zuma, will travel to Libya within days as part of efforts to end the crisis there, a South African minister said on Tuesday.

Deputy International Relations Minister Marius Fransman said the AU panel will assess the situation.

"The panel will arrive this weekend or next week," Fransman was quoted as saying by South Africa's SAPA news agency.
