Speaking Thursday, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said that he did not recommend that Gaza terror groups “test Israel's resolve. We will not tolerate missile attacks against our citizens and people. No state would agree to this, and we shall act accordingly.”

Netanyahu was speaking at a meeting with representatives of the Israeli and Polish governments, and was discussing Israel's reaction to the Grad missile fired at Be'ersheva Wednesday night.
