Cornelius Nestler, a plaintiff in the trial of John Demjanjuk is accusing the defendant of trying to delay the verdict by introducing new court petitions. Demjanjuk is being charged the being an accessory to murder for his roll as a Nazi death camp guard during the Holocaust.
In the 1980s, he was tried and acquitted of having been the notorious Ivan the Terrible. The evidence that freed him was proof he was a different death camp guard. Now Demjanjuk has been extradited from his suburban American home to stand trial in Germany
This week Demjanjuk's attorney introduced 100 new motions.
