The Knesset Committee on Public Petitions has scheduled a special hearing for Tuesday, when representatives of the Bezek communications company will be asked to tell the committee if the company considered compensating business customers for last week's serious malfunction in the same way it promised to compensate residential customers.
The committee will also discuss lessons learned from the malfunction and the way the Communications Ministry dealt with it so as to avoid a repeat.
