Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, has come out against the planned demolition of the house of Major Eliraz Peretz z"l, who was killed in Gaza nine months ago. The Supreme Court claims the house, located in a Samarian outpost, was built illegally and Defense Minister Ehud Barak has declared his intention to destroy it. Netanyahu said he was trying to find a legal solution to the affair.
Meanwhile, Culture Minister Limor Livnat told Barak, "It is your duty to make a courageous decision and protect the Peretz family."
