A partial eclipse of the sun is calculated for Tuesday morning, beginning at 9:10. The eclipse will reach its maximum at 10:41, when 46 percent of the sun will be blocked by the moon for viewers in Israel, and the eclipse will end at 12:16. While the eclipse will not be total anywhere on the earth's surface, almost 86 percent of the sun will be blocked for viewers in Sweden. People are advised not to view the eclipse with the naked eye to avoid blindness.
A full lunar eclipse will take place on the evening of Wednesday June 15th.
