Israel's Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services is teaming up with US real estate company SLG Green Realty and real estate developer Jeff Sutton to construct a $58 million complex in lower Manhattan's financial district.
The 23-floor building at 180-182 Broadway will be completed in 2014.
The building will be used as a dorm for students at Pace University and will be rented to the university for 30 years.
