Neguise: Delay of Ethiopians Not Due to Disease

Dr. Avraham Neguise, director of the organization Michnal Darom Letzion (South Wing to Zion) said Friday that lies and half-truths comprise the report received by the Knesset Immigration and Absorption Committee this week that 200 Ethiopian immigrants are being held up because they are suffering from chicken pox.

Interviewed by Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service, Dr. Neguise said that only one child has the childhood disease. He asked why the others could not proceed and leave the sick child's family behind. He added that there is a dispute between airport authorities in Addis Ababa and the airline flying the immigrants to Israel.
