A new poll commissioned by Ynet and the Gesher organization has found that a majority of Israelis agree that Jews should not sell or rent apartments to Arabs.
According to the poll 55% of Israelis support municipal rabbis who call not to rent apartments to Arabs.This figure includes 41% of secular Jews, 64% of traditional Jews and 88% of religious Jews.
Many supporters note that while Israel’s three largest Jewish cities all have significant Arab minorities, no Jews live in the three largest Arab cities.
