Meteorologists say the recent weekend storm brought two months worth of rain to Israel. According to rainfall figures from the past few days – the North got the majority of the rainfall.
The town of Maalot led the country with a whopping 17.5 cm followed by Tzfat with 15.6 cm, then Haifa with 13 cm and the northern Golan with 10.3 cm. Meanwhile Tel Aviv got 5.6 cm and Jerusalem less than 1 cm.
