Saudi King Abdullah is recuperating from surgery in New York, after he underwent an operation for a herniated disc, his son said Sunday. Abdullah, 86, went to New York last Monday for the operation, and is said to be recuperating nicely. There was no word on when he would be released from the hospital, or when he would be returning to Saudi Arabia.
