Despite several periods of rain during the month, the Kinneret's level fell 20 centimeters in October, the Hydrological Service of the Israel Water Authority said Tuesday. The lake's level is now 213.88 meters below sea level. According to the Service, the Kinneret lost 72 centimeters between July and September.
