Security Guard Stoned in Shiloach

An Israeli security guard was lightly injured Sunday evening by rocks thrown in the Jewish-Arab eastern-Jerusalem neighborhood of Shiloach (Silwan in Arabic), according to Israel Defense Forces Radio. The guard was evacuated by the Magen David Adom emergency service to the Hadassah Hospital in Ein Kerem for treatment of wounds to the head.

He is the third person to be hit by stone throwers on Sunday. A motorist and a woman being interviewed by a television station were also attacked.
