Ministry: TA Beaches Cleanest

According to a study by the Environment Ministry, the country's cleanest, safest, and most accessible beaches are in Tel Aviv. The city's beaches were free of trash, had clean water,  the most lifeguards on duty for most hours of the day, sufficient parking, clean and working bathroom facilities, and were easily accessible to the elderly and disabled. The worst beaches were in the Asher Regional Council, Nahariya, and Hadera.
