Deputy Prime Minister Silvan Shalom visited Rabbi Dov Lior of Kiryat Arba in the rabbi's sukkah on Monday afternoon.
The rabbi blessed the Likud lawmaker for his efforts to settle the land. The minister said the decision to stop the freeze on Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria was a correct one.
