Top PA officials on Tuesday night said that as far as they were concerned, there had been no progress at Tuesday's negotiation session with Israel in Sharm el-Sheikh. Arab media quoted the officials as saying that no progress would be made until Israel officially extended the building freeze in Judea and Samaria. The officials made the announcement despite a request from US envoy George Mitchell at the conference not to speak to the press.
