An indictment was handed down Tuesday afternoon in a Nazareth courtroom against two residents of the Arab village of Ibalin who entered a closed military area that was being used for target practice by IDF soldiers and stealing weapons. The two had entered the closed area in the Golan Heights and had stolen mortar shells.
