The Jerusalem District Court sentenced Morad Nimer, an Arab from eastern Jerusalem, to ten years in prison on Monday for membership in a terrorist organization, contact with a foreign agent and aid to an enemy during time of war.
The sentence was part of a plea-bargain agreement.
