Negev Ceramics, a subsidiary of the Africa-Israel group, announced on Monday that it will purchase 75 per cent of the shares of Orgal, a company which distributes, among others, Grohe products in Israel.

This is the first purchase by the Africa-Israel group since the shareholder payment arrangement came into effect.
