Land of Israel activists, headed by Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari disrupted a performance of the Cameri Theater in Tel Aviv Monday evening in response to the recent call by artists to boycott the new cultural center in the Samarian Jewish city of Ariel.

In the middle of the performance, the activists began to protest against the actors, saying their talent would not be missed but that they were racists. A heated exchange ensued between the actors and the activists, who left after accusing the actors and the audience of a double standard when it came to Arabs and Jews. The play continued after their departure.
