A senior Russian government source said Monday that the United States is holding up the resumption of talks with Iran on a deal to exchange uranium to make sure that the Islamic Republic's supply is not of a weapons grade. The anonymous source said, "I'm concerned by the fact that the United States has slowed down the process."
The source said that the ambition to prevent Iran from enriching uranium at a low grade is not reasonable, adding that the international community should allow enrichment up to 20 percent.
