In a day of mixed trading, the shekel declined an average of .01 percent against the other currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign exchange list. The dollar was fixed at NIS 3.772, down .185 percent. The pound sterling slipped .496 percent to 5.7934 shekels.

The Euro was set at NIS 4.857, up .113 percent.
