The Tel Aviv prosecutor's office filed an indictment Sunday against a Bat Yam resident. He was charged with possessing explosives, placing a bomb outside a residence and exploding it. The explosion caused a great deal of damage. Prosecutors asked the court not to release the defendant until the conclusion of proceedings against him.
