Religious-services Minister Ya'akov Margi is in the Uman area of the Ukraine to visit the tomb of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov.

He is also touring the surrounding area to get an impression of the preparations for the thousands of Jews who will visit next week for the Rosh Hashanah New Year's holiday.
