Reacting to a second terror attack Wednesday night, National Union chairman MK Yaakov Katz (Ketzaleh) said that Prime Minister  Binyamin Netanyahu and IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi were “responsible for the blood that is being spilled on the roads of Judea and Samaria, due to their orders to open checkpoints in order to please terrorists. They gave these orders even though they knew it would definitely bring about the death and injury of Jews,” he said.
