A number of rabbis from the national religious community recently received phone calls from Channel 2 inviting them to take part in the Big Brother program. Apparently Channel 2 realized that the rabbis were not interested in being in confined quarters with actors and models for a month, so the proposal was wrapped in the magic words "spread Judaism and create a bridge between religious and secular."
