Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, spoke Wednesday evening about the deadly shooting attack near Kiryat Arba, before the start of his meeting in Washington with U.S. President Barack Obama.
He said, "at this time, the whole of Israel is unified in mourning the murder of four innocent civilians. I call on all parties to exercise restraint, responsibility and respect the rule of law."
