Supreme Court Justices Edmond Levy, Edna Arbel and Neil Handel, rejected a petition by residents of the Arab town of Khader, who demanded the state order the demolition of buildings in the Derech Avot outpost in Gush Etzion, since demolition orders have already been issued.
The decision was made following a government declaration that the resources needed for the demolition have been temporarily rerouted to enforce the freeze on Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria.
