Mount Hebron Regional Council head Zviki Bar-Hai and Yesha Council Director Naftali Bennett have announced the end of the building freeze in Judea and Samaria as a response to Tuesday's deadly terror attack near Kiryat Arba.
The decision was announced following consultations between heads of local councils in Judea and Samaria. Bar-Hai and Bennett released a statement in which they said that every community in the area will locate an area within it and start construction in it by 6pm Wednesday.
"As far as we are concerned, the construction freeze is over," said Bennett. "They kill, we build. Each person will do what is good for him."
