Report: Victims Were Residents of Beit Hagai

An unconfirmed report said that police had made several arrests in the Hevron area Tuesday night, but it was not clear what, if any, connection the arrests had to the terror attack in the area that killed four people Tuesday night. Reports said that the victims included two residents of the town of Beit Hagai in the southern Hevron Hills area, and two hitchhikers.
