Workers at Ben-Gurion airport decided to withdraw their threat of a work action Thursday, and will provide all services. However, officials representing the workers said, work actions would probably take place in the coming weeks, during the heavy travel days before Rosh Hashana.

Workers, demanding updated pension rights, agreed not to hold informational meetings during work hours Thursday, which would have effectively closed down the airport for several hours. The decision was made after appeals by Transport Minister Yisrael Katz.
