Arab countries have significantly cut aid to the Palestinian Authority since the beginning of the year, according to a member of the PLO executive committee, Saleh Rafat.
"We urge them to stand by their financial obligations," he said. Palestinian Authority officials suggested that the reason for the cuts was the infighting between Fatah and Hamas.
