Gaza markets are full of quality goods for the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, according to the Palestinian Authority news agency Wafa.
Israel's Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories confirms the abundance as well as low prices but notes there are few buyers. Most of the residents say they cannot afford it because they're unemployed. The coordinator's office said that 200-300 truckloads of goods entered Gaza last week via the Karni and Kerem Shalom crossings. They consisted mainly of food, sheep, cattle and electronic goods.
