Starting Today: Public Transportation to Mount Gerizim

For the first time the country's history, beginning Monday, regular public transport will be provided to the Samaritan village on Mount Gerizim near Shechem in central Samaria.

The move was made under a plan by Minister of Transportation, Israel Katz, to provide public transportation to all non-Jewish communities in Israel.
