President Shimon Peres is scheduled to travel to Egypt Sunday for a meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

The two are expected to meet behind closed doors to discuss advancing diplomatic efforts between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. They are also expected to discuss cooperation between Israel and Egypt.
