A wanted terror suspect was wounded Thursday evening when he tried to escape from special counter-terror police forces who came to arrest him next to the Samarian Arab town of Bir-Zeit, north of Ramallah.

The suspect suffered moderate wounds and was taken to Hadassah Ein-Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem for treatment.
