Most indexes on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchanged finished Thursday with modest losses. The TA composite index declined .31 percent to 1,026.98. With the Maof 25 most-widely-invested issues slipping .17 percent to 1,118.59, the TA 100 finished the day at 1,029.17, down .3 percent.

Worst hit were the biomed stocks, which lost 1.16 percent and closed at 892.42. The Teltech closed at 225.47, down .29 percent. On the positive side, the real estate stocks gained .03 percent to 277.54 and the financial institutions finished the day at 1,097.72, up .74 percent.
