Despite attempts by Itai Ben-Dror 's defense attorney to depict him as mentally ill person who was not aware of his actions while he murdered his three children, the Ramle Magistrate's Court ruled Wednesday that the father of the three will be transferred out of a hospital psychiatric detention ward and into prison till his trial.
