According to Army Radio, an IDF military court has rejected the appeal against the planned demolition of the Od Yosef Hai yeshiva in the town of Yitzhar in central Samaria.
The court claims the building was built "illegally" even though the yeshiva presented documents showing various government ministries funded much of the construction.
