President Shimon Peres held a meeting with Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Moratinos Wednesday. The two discussed a number of issues in international politics including the transition to direct talks between Israel and the PA and the Iranian nuclear issue.
The Spanish Foreign Minister told the President at their meeting, "The proximity talks has helped create a good atmosphere between the parties, but it is time to move to direct talks."
