The Knesset Finance Committee approved the second and third readings of a bill for business owners who were evicted during the 2005 Disengagement to receive grants. The bill was submitted by Knesset Member Ze'ev Elkin (Likud). The bill further stipulates what kind of grants and benefits the business owners will receive.
