Ben-Gvir: Police Discrimination in March Permits

Commenting on the permit given by Jerusalem police to organizers of the upcoming “gay pride” parade to march on the Knesset, rightwing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir said that police should be criticized for “assisting provocateurs. Just two weeks ago, police banned us from marching outside the home of Sheikh Ra'ed Salah,” who sailed on one of the ships of the Gaza flotilla, “because of the impact it would have on public opinion and hurt the sensibilities of members of the public. But now they are prepared to hurt the sensibilities of the majority of the residents of Jerusalem, because of the demands of a few lunatics.”
