Former Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia said that an independent Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria could not include any Jewish residents.
In an interview with Al-Jazeera, he said that unless all Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria were removed, then a Palestinian state would be meaningless.
