Israeli Dancers Attacked in Germany

An Israeli dance troupe was attacked by youths in Germany Wednesday when they appeared at a street festival in Hanover, Israel Radio reported. The youths threw rocks at the dancers, and shouted anti-Semitic curses through a loudspeaker. One of the dancers was injured. Police said that the attackers were Muslim immigrants, and two, ages 19 and 15, were arrested. It is not clear if the attack was premeditated or the result of an ad-hoc riot.
