Eighty-seven senators have presented United States President Barack Obama with a petition, in which they have expressed their support for Israel's right to defend itself against the threats of Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran.
The senator noted that the Jewish state had every right to defend itself against thousands of rockets fired by Hamas and asked the president to add the IHH movement, which organized the recent Gaza-bound flotilla, to America’s list of terrorist organizations.
