The White House announced Sunday evening that Saudi Arabian King Abdullah will visit United States President Barack Obama on June 29th. White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said, “The President looks forward to discussing with King Abdullah the strengthening of bilateral ties between the United States and Saudi Arabia as well as a range of common concerns,” which are said to include Middle East peace and security in the Persian Gulf.
The visit is one week before Obama's meeting with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, also announced Sunday evening, which was rescheduled from June 1st.
