Diplomats from major world powers announced Wednesday that their governments have notified the IAEA of their concerns regarding the proposal for Iran to send some of its nuclear materials to Turkey in return for atomic fuel.

Russia, France and the United States have handed a response to United Nations nuclear watchdog chief Yukiya Amano, which has been passed on to Iran's envoy ahead of a UN Security Council vote on new sanctions against Tehran.
