The residents' committees of Samaria and Binyamin announced Monday afternoon that they are in bitter morning over the passing of Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu.
They called the rabbi a pillar of fire who went before the settlement camp in Judea and Samaria, encouraging them during their difficult hours and working to help them.
