Founder of ‘Jews for Jesus’ Dies

Founder of the “Jews for Jesus” missionary organization, Moshe Rosen, died in New Jersey on Sunday after a long illness.

Rosen was a Jewish convert to Christianity in his youth who became a Baptist minister and later founded the world's largest missionary group aimed specifically at Jews. Rosen, who was also responsible for inventing the concept of "Messianic Jews", managed to convert thousands of Jews around the world to Christianity. Among other things he established a branch of the organization in Israel.
