Member of Fatah Central Committee Nabil Sha'ath said Tuesday that is “impossible to achieve peace with Israel” while Binyamin Netanyahu is Prime Minister. Sha'ath suggested to Washington that the U.S. administration press Netanyahu to resign, because, he said, “the new coalition that will be formed the next day will begin negotiations with the Palestinians.”

Speaking in London, Sha'ath also criticized the international community that he says “turns a blind eye to the cruel crimes of the enemy just because members of their religion were persecuted and killed by the Christians, and because Israel and her friends in Western Europe and America have fostered a guilt complex for Christians, not allowing anyone to forget what what happened to them during the Nazi era and earlier,” Sha'ath told reporters.
